  3. dial in your warmth — turn the little vent to set your heat: wider for stronger warmth, smaller for a slow, gentle burn.
  4. slip on & relax — socks on, feet up, and do absolutely nothing for a while. 🌿

how long does a session last?
around 15 slow minutes per stick. most people pair it with tea, a book, or doing absolutely nothing.

is it safe?
the mugwort smolders (it doesn't flame) in a contained chamber below your foot — warmth rises, the heat stays put. use them sitting on a hard surface, wear socks, and treat them like a lit candle: never leave them smoldering unattended. if it ever feels too warm, close the vent or slip them off.

what sizes do you have?
s (us women's 5–8.5 / eu 35–39) and m (us men's 7–10 / eu 40–43), in two colors: morning mist (soft grey-blue) and evening blush (warm pink).

do they come with mugwort?
yes! each pair comes with a full set of 54 mugwort sticks — enough to settle into the ritual for a good long while. 🌿
