Thank you for shopping with MoxiSlips. Here's everything you need to know
about how and when your order will reach you.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Our slippers are
handmade in small batches, so during launches or high-demand periods,
processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second
email with tracking once it ships.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date,
and aren't guaranteed. Delays with the carrier are outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your
country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in
the price or shipping cost at checkout. We're unable to predict or cover
these charges.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
MoxiSlips isn't liable for packages lost or stolen in transit, but we'll do
everything we can to help. If your order arrives damaged, email us at
[your email] within [7] days with your order number and a photo, and we'll
make it right.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be
responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch
a mistake, email us within [24 hours] of ordering and we'll try to correct
